For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of your item on a flat, well-lit surface and include them in your email to contact@support.shop.monicandewberry.com. Just doing this alone will help get your issue fixed as quickly as possible !!!

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of my keychains are made to order, just for you <3. If you want to cancel or change your order though, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Remember that you can edit your order at any time before it goes into production.

Once your order has gone into production, you might be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, they can't be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The best pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because every keychain is made to order, it's not possible to issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except if you have any quality issues. All orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photo demonstrating the specific quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you've completed your checkout payment, both of these can't be canceled or refunded.

shopdewberry accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna & AfterPay are also accepted. and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Live outside of the USA? Please make sure you know and understand that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, it's not possible to calculate them in advance and list them on this site (sorry bestie :( ). For more information about your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If a customs fee does get added onto your package during shipping, you are responsible for completing the payment.
